InfinityNP is an innovative, resident-focused nurse practitioner resource for the Long-Term Care community, created to help facilities address the critical areas of care: Wound Management and Clinical Management.  We focus on the broad spectrum of clinical issues that affect quality of life for elderly residents, with an eye for proactive evaluation and rapid treatment.  Our NP’s ensure timely response to a wide range of resident needs, from routine chronic conditions to unexpected, potentially serious injuries.  We provide specialized interventions for pain management, wound management, behavior management, and the reduction of the risk of falls.  Sometimes an extra set of hands and eyes is all that is needed to manage difficult areas that all too often plague the LTC setting. Our trained experts have years of experience, and provide expertise where it is needed most. Infinity Nurse Practitioners address facility-specific issues with consistency, focused attention, effective assessments and monitoring tools/programs.
