Infinity Partners Represents BKOI Dawa JV in NEPCA Arbitration (2025)
Kathmandu, Nepal — Infinity Partners represented BKOI Dawa JV, the contractor, in an arbitration proceeding administered by the Nepal Council of Arbitration (NEPCA).
The dispute arose under the contracts for the construction of the administrative and hospital building in Purwakhola Rural Municipality.
Scope of Representation
- Preparation and organization of the contractor’s claims relating to contractual entitlements
- Completion of all procedural submissions in accordance with NEPCA rules
- Representation of the contractor during hearings before the arbitral tribunal
- Full handling of the matter through the entire arbitration process
