Narayan is a founding partner at Infinity & Partners and currently serves as the Managing Partner. Lekha Nath is one of the founding partners at Infinity & Partners. Lekha Nath heads the Dispute Resolution Department at Infinity & Partners. Lekha Nath has continuously been engaged in dispute resolution practice in the legal profession since 2005. An eminent figure in the field of litigation, He has appeared before the Supreme Court of Nepal as counsel in some of the landmark cases. He is well versed with the complicated procedures within the court system of Nepal and has a comprehensive understanding of civil law and constitutional law matters in the country. He is also a well-experienced professional in tax matters, having worked with high-profile national and international clients on complex taxation issues. His practical approach and deep understanding of tax regulations further strengthen his reputation as a trusted legal service.

Pratima is one of the founding partners at Infinity & Partners. Pratima heads the Civil Law and Intellectual Property Department at Infinity & Partners. Pratima has experience of more than 15 years in family law and other Civil Law Practice. Pratima has advised various clients on matters related to family, matrimonial relations and property. On the property front, she specializes in Intellectual Property. Pratima has significant experience in Dispute Resolution.

Gyanu started her commercial law practice in 2021. Gyanu is a member of the corporate department at Infinity and Partners. Gyanu regularly advises clients on business registration, corporate compliance, and foreign investment matters. Gyanu is also regularly engaged in the drafting of corporate and commercial documents as required for business registration and ongoing corporate compliance. She also handles intellectual property matters at Infinity & Partners. Gyanu loves traveling in her pastime.

Rejina joined Infinity & Partners in 2022 and has been practicing commercial laws since then. Rejina advises clients on foreign investments and regulatory compliance. She is also a member of the dispute resolution department at Infinity & Partners. Rejina has been representing the clients before the courts and arbitration tribunals. Rejina is an aesthete and an art enthusiast, keenly passionate about drama, music, films, handicrafts and painting and loves exploring her passion during her leisure.

Swikriti has been a member of Infinity & Partners since early 2023. Her professional expertise is concentrated in the area of commercial law, with a specialized focus on Foreign Investment Law. Swikriti has consistently supported the firm in matters related to regulatory compliance, foreign investment, and due diligence exercises. She also represents clients before the Court and arbitration tribunals. In her leisure time, Swikriti enjoys walking, swimming, and traveling.

Sudridh joined Infinity & Partners as a Research Associate in early 2022 and has been serving as an Associate since early 2024. His expertise lies in Commercial Law and Dispute Resolution, with a strong focus on Taxation, including its criminal law aspects like Revenue Leakage. He has consistently supported this firm in Taxation, Corporate Law, and Commercial Litigation, contributing through legal opinions, case law research, drafting court petitions, and representing clients in various courts and tribunals. Sudridh also actively coaches and mentors in moot court competitions.Outside of his professional commitments, Sudridh enjoys reading, taking long walks.

Alangkrita joined Infinity & Partners in July 2023. Her interests span over contractual matters, public procurement issues, corporate criminal liability, as well as forgery and labor law matters. Alangkrita enhances the firm’s capabilities through litigation drafting, well-reasoned legal opinions, and thorough case law research. Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys singing, playing the guitar, dancing, and swimming.

Vidhya Sedai, a BALLB graduate, has been working a Trainee Associate at Infinity and Partners Law Firm since August 2023. In her role, Vidhya is involved in a variety of critical functions, including client consultations, drafting legal documents, and conducting thorough research to support case strategies. Vidhya’s primary focus is on labor and employment law, where she deals with complex issues related to employee rights, workplace disputes, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, she handles divorce cases, navigating the legal intricacies of both national and international jurisdictions. Her work often involves addressing sensitive legal matters, providing strategic advice, and representing clients through various stages of legal proceedings. In her leisure, she likes dancing and cooking.

Aayush has been associated with Infinity Partners since late 2023, specializing in Commercial Law and Dispute Resolution. He places particula emphasis on Taxation, with a focus on its criminal aspects, such as Revenue Leakage, and also on corporate matters, including company liquidation. During his time at the firm, he has provided consistent support on Taxation and Corporate Law matters. His key contributions include drafting legal opinions, conducting thorough case law research, and preparing a variety of legal documents, including case briefs. Outside of his professional life, Aayush enjoys playing any kind of outdoor sports, exploring new destinations, trekking, watching movies and series, swimming, singing, and listening to music.

Sarita joined Infinity Partners in early 2025 and has since been actively involved in litigation, with a focus on the drafting of petitions and representing clients in various courts across a range of commercial and civil matters. In addition to her courtroom experience, she has contributed to the drafting of by-laws and employment contracts, providing legal support in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
