Current Status

  1. The first five ordinances, i.e. (Ordinance to Amend Some Nepal Acts Related to Cooperatives, 2081, The Ordinance to Amend Some Nepal Laws Relating to Good Governance and Public Service Delivery, 2081, The Fiscal Procedure and Financial Accountability (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2081, The Privatization (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2081 and The Ordinance to Amend Some Nepal Laws on Financial and Business Environment Improvement, 2081) were approved in their original form and have now been enacted as Parliamentary Acts, remaining in full effect.
